Domestic Heat Pump Installation

Reason For Installing Heat Pump

Due to building regulations and running costs being much cheaper than fossil fuels. Also, there is no fuel to worry about during operation, it really is a self-sufficient system.

The Solution

Installed in 2011. An 18kW 3 phase, 5 star efficient Stiebel Eltron air source heat pump with four solar thermal collector panels on the south facing roof. Underfloor heating installed with a solar and buffer tank to provide instant hot water.

The Result

Fuel cost saving up to 40%.

Co2 reduced.

House is warm all the time and lots of hot water.

It's great we have as much heat and hot water as we want all year round and the solar panels provide the hot water in the summer time
