What we do
Full in house design and build service for ventilation systems
We provide technology that offers heat recovery and cooling with ventilation systems as some new build houses can be hard to cool down in the summer with high solar gains with windows.

Ventilation
Mechanical ventilation systems are commonly used in commercial or industrial buildings. A spiral or rectangular ductwork system is installed to control the temperature and humidity levels by distributing air movement throughout the building. Ri Cruden offer a design, installation and maintenance solutions for all types of ventilation systems.
Heat recovery
Heat recovery units are predominantly used in new builds that are passive with extremely high insulation levels. This creates an airtight environment within the property, causing moisture to accumulate and form mould or dampness. The purpose of an MVHR system is therefore to create a continuous source of ventilation throughout the property to extract everyday moisture. MVHR systems are also exceptionally efficient in recovering heat lost through extraction. A ducting system is installed to extract excess warm stale air from rooms within the house then warms fresh air coming into other rooms to provide heating. Up to 90% of heat can be reserved from air that is extracted, and transmitted to the intake of fresh air.

We provide a full in house design and build service for ventilation systems and can, for a small fee, provide detailed design drawings required by a building warrant application. This fee will be discounted from the quotation if you choose to proceed with our services for the project.
