The Project.

Situated in Inverness city centre on the banks of the River Ness, Ness Walk is a 19th century Grade B listed building which combines a number of retained period features with elements of modern design.

R&I Cruden were tasked with designing and installing a Solar PV system across 3 separate roofs to generate renewable energy to aid in offsetting the hotels carbon footprint.

The Works.

R&I Cruden’s experienced team were able to successfully install 146 solar panels, utilising 3 separate roofs across the property and fitting ground mounts to obtain maximum exposure. The newly installed 50kW Solar PV system offers not just environmental benefits but will also significantly reduce Ness Walk Hotel’s energy costs moving forward.
