At RI Cruden we know Apprenticeships work. Our Directors Rory and Callum both came through apprenticeship programs and know the benefit they can make to our business and the industries we work in.
At RI Cruden we do apprenticeships differently.
They create clear pathways to provide knowledge, skills and attitude for young people to progress their careers further in the construction and renewable industry.
We don’t look at apprenticeships to provide cheap labour to projects – we have invested heavily and developed our own award-winning apprenticeship program.
Now lead by Greg Matheson who was RI Cruden’s first apprentice in 2011, Greg has progressed his career and is now the longest serving member of the team.
We open apprenticeship applications each spring, please watch our website and social channels to find out when applications open next.
