RI Cruden are delighted to announce we will be partnering with Developing the Young Work Force and Skills Development Scotland to co-sponsor the very first GREEN ENERGY CAREERS EXPO.
The Expo will we be held at Alness Academy on the 27th of February 2024 for senior pupils from across Highland schools.
We have joined together with other sponsors to provide an opportunity for young people to get curious, explore and enquire about the opportunities within GREEN ENERGY across our region.
This will be an opportunity for employers to show case their business, network with other GREEN ENERGY related businesses and inspire the next generation of workforce.
The current landscape, with the recent announcement of the Inverness & Cromarty Firth Green Freeport, means there will be a requirement for a skilled and trained workforce to carry out the jobs that will be created. Subsequently, DYWICH see this as an ideal opportunity for employers to engage with schools and share with young people the skills that will be required to satisfy future labour market demand.
