At RI Cruden, we value our apprentices and take pride in their contributions to our business. We offer apprenticeship opportunities across all our divisions, with endless possibilities for growth and development.
Our apprentices are an integral part of our team, and we provide them with guidance, mentoring, industry qualifications, and support to help them build a fulfilling career path. Many of our apprentices have progressed through the business and now hold senior positions.
Meet Cosima Kramer-Lomax:
Cosima joined RI Cruden in 2022 as a plumbing apprentice.
Cosima says, “RI Cruden is a fantastic workplace that focuses and supports apprentices across all departments of the business. I work on sites as a plumbing apprentice but we have apprentices and graduates in the office such as accounting and estimating as well. RI Cruden challenges you to constantly to improve and take on new tasks, the work is very varied which makes it enjoyable. The management team is supportive and understanding, especially when you’re starting out, and encourages you to strive for excellence”.
At RI Cruden, we encourage and support our apprentices to be the best and reach their full potential.
Cosima is nominated for the Net Zero apprentice of the year 2024 award at the Scottish Apprenticeship awards, well done Cosima and best of luck.
