We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates following our nominations at the Scottish Apprenticeship Awards, even if it is a little later than planned. Our busy schedule has kept all at RI Cruden super busy, engaging with exciting projects and developments, but today, we’re pausing to celebrate this incredible achievement with our wider audience… the title may be a slight giveaway but… we won!
Following nominations in three categories amongst a host of other fantastic organisations and individuals, it was an absolute honour to be awarded SME Employer of the Year at the ceremony in Aberdeen.
We couldn’t be prouder of our whole team’s commitment to ongoing investment to our apprentices, and it feels fantastic to have this overall work recognised. Having been awarded Net Zero Employer of the Year in 2023, this recruitment focus works in tandem with driving the green energy revolution across the Highlands.
With 18 current apprentices working across the business, and plans for further expansion, we can’t wait for the year ahead and are super excited to continue building our stellar reputation.
